In Kōtuitui, the Spiral of Inquiry is the tool that drives our research and continues to help our community of leaders to delve into the issues that are impacting our tamariki, kaiako, kura and whānau. The inquiries that are being udertaken are large pieces of work and will inform others in the community now and into the coming years.
With big pieces of research, it's important to be able to record your work, reflections and epiphanies in a clear and concise way, while also providing a method for other researchers to be able to search and build on the work that has and is being undertaken. This is why the Kōtuitui Database has been developed. To provide a platform that is easy to use, consistent for recording and 'tagging' and provides an interface that makes searching of all research possible.
Should you need any support with the Spiral of Inquiry, the process of working through your inquiry or connecting with others around your inqury topic - please feel free to contact your Across School Team - we are all here to help.
Additionally, we have some help videos on the use of the Kōtutui Database that we hope will be useful. Please get in contact if there is something not covered that we can add.
